| Vacation Bible School is an extension of the St. Ignatius Loyola School K4J Program. It is a completely Catholic Bible School; it is written by Catholics for Catholics. The catechesis involved in VBS includes learning about a different saint each day, visiting Jesus in the Eucharist, developing virtues that will last a lifetime, and helping those in need. VBS is a program for 4-9 year old "campers". Each day, from 9AM-Noon, the children are entertained through skits, crafts, music, snacks, mission and games. Older children, teens, and young adults are encouraged to help lead as Junior Captains, Captains, and Teen Leaders. This is a great way to earn service hours! |
