Annual Picnic - July 26, 2009

Enjoy a fun-filled day with your fellow parishioners and friends!

Ticket sales will be on the weekends of July 4/5, 11/12, and 18/19 after all Masses in the John Paul II Room
of the Church.
There will be no tickets sold at the door.
Ticket prices are:
Age 13 and over - $15
Age 5 to 12 - $6
Children under 5 - Free

Your ticket includes:
1. Lunch from 1:30 - 3PM - hot dogs, chips, pretzels, beverages
2. Snow cones from 2 - 4PM
3. Games and tournaments such as "Name that Tune", "Jeopardy", kids candy scramble, hula hoop, adult
horseshoes, kids horseshoes, bocce, tug-of-war, obstacle course, cash bingo.  Entertainment will feature the
DJ music of Chris Lawrence.  More details on entertainment will follow.  
4.  Dinner from 4:30 - 7PM - tossed salad, fresh fruit salad, baked potato, corn on the cob, applesauce,
baked beans, barbeque chicken, rolls, beverages, ice cream and cake.
5.  Swimming from 2 - 8PM.  Non-member's fee of $4 per person paid at the pool on the day of the event.  
Pool will close at 8PM sharp.
Bring your favorite lawn chair and/or cushion for the picnic bench.

EVENT DONATIONS AND VOLUNTEERS NEEDED
Donations welcome for items suitable for prizes for kids or adult games and contests, and for door prizes,
such as store and restaurant gift certificates, gift baskets, new stuffed animals, dolls, music CD's, box of
cheer or any other donations will be very much appreciated, and can be dropped off at the Rectory.  
Volunteers are needed in various activities for 1 or 2 hour time slots.  Please call Chris or Jim Ruoss at
