| Stewardship Committee We have instituted a new plan for celebrating Stewardship of Time, Talent and Treasure in our parish. We will celebrate in the fall of each alternating year, stewardship of time and talent and stewardship of treasure. Therefore, this year, we will celebrate time and talent with our Stewardship Fair in the fall (not in February, as originally scheduled). Look for more details in upcoming newsletters. “Greeters” - A New Ministry in Our Parish As our parish continues to grow, new opportunities for using our God-given time and talent emerge. We are planning on initiating a new ministry in the near future that we believe will create a warm and welcoming atmosphere as people arrive for weekend Masses. Recent survey results and experiences of other parishes indicate that a “Greeter’s Ministry” can improve upon people’s sense of welcome, especially visitors and people new to the parish. If you enjoy smiling, saying hello and putting people at ease, you should consider joining this ministry. If you can arrive 15-20 minutes before Mass, once or twice a month, stand outside the Church doors (weather permitting) and greet people, you will make a good candidate. Individuals, teens, and families can volunteer. Mary Devlin has agreed to lead the “Greeters.” Please call her at 610-670-1832 for further information or to volunteer. You may also call the Rectory to indicate your interest. An organizational/training session will follow. We hope to get started during Lent.
